GI DailyAccount
A daily practice for curious clinicians

One case. Ninety seconds.
A little sharper tomorrow.

GI Daily is a daily gastroenterology knowledge game for physicians, fellows, residents, medical students, and other clinicians.

Make a call. Then calibrate.

Read a short case, choose your answer, and tell us how confident you are. Your answer locks when you submit. Then you’ll see a brief explanation, a teaching pearl, and its source.

Correct confident answers earn more points. Incorrect overconfidence costs a little. Clues lower the maximum available score. The table beside each case shows the current rules.

Sources behind every case.

Cases are built from a curated GI source library including society guidelines and peer-reviewed references. Source and consistency checks run before automatic scheduling. These automated checks can miss errors; explore the linked references for the underlying guidance.

Some cases are AI-assisted. Automated source checks do not replace independent clinical review.

Cases are fictional and educational. Source dates and links appear with the answer so you can explore the underlying guidance.

GI Daily is in beta. Found a questionable fact? Report an error or suggest a correction, ideally with a source link.

Your progress, thoughtfully kept.

You can play without an account. A first-party anonymous identifier remembers this browser; clearing site data removes access to that history. A free account preserves results across devices. Streaks follow your local calendar day; the daily edition follows the editorial timezone.

We record basic play, completion, confidence, clue, sharing, and return events to improve the experience. We do not use advertising trackers or collect patient information. Group results appear only after a minimum response count. Individual performance stays private.

GI Daily is intended for medical education and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgment. Clinical decisions should be based on individual patient circumstances and applicable professional guidance.
